Hero Cookies

Hero Cookies is a feminized photoperiod Indica-dominant strain from AlphaFem Seeds, crossing Totally Alpha OG and Durban Poison (creating a Girl Scout Cookies variant) with Jack Herer. That Jack Herer influence shows in the effects — despite the Indica dominance, the high is energetic and euphoric rather than sedating, with a sustained mood lift and physical relaxation that don't drag you down. THC is 26%, CBD up to 2%.

Plants grow up to 150cm with large fan leaves that require selective defoliation, and produce multiple thick colas. Flowering runs 56–70 days. Yield is generous: 400–500g/m² indoors and up to 600–700g per plant outdoors — among the better-yielding AlphaFem strains. The aroma is predominantly sweet and fruity with lemon and citrus overtones; smoke is earthy with subtle wood and herb notes. ScrOG is the recommended training method; humidity control is essential given the compact, rock-hard bud structure. This is a slightly more demanding grow than some AlphaFem strains — best suited to growers with at least a few grows under their belt. Solid for both recreational and medical use.
