Chitrali

An exceptional, unadulterated Hindu Kush cultivar originating from the elevated Chitral region, procured from one of the most respected hashish-producing areas nestled within the towering Hindu Kush range. The charas produced in Chitral delivers a distinctly mellow, grounded, and radiant experience. Growth patterns in these plants demonstrate considerable diversity, with specimens ranging anywhere from approximately one metre tall to heights exceeding three metres, contingent upon environmental factors and individual plant genetics. The flowering structures tend toward density and heavy resin production, featuring potent, zesty notes characteristic of traditional Kush varieties. The strain expresses itself across a spectrum of phenotypes, from squat, broad-leafed forms to elongated specimens displaying finer leaf structures. The Chitral valleys maintained premier status as charas-producing regions throughout the greater Hindu Kush territory, extending into neighboring areas. Commercial activity substantially declined following enforcement actions initiated during the 1970s and 1980s. The sustained regulatory environment has resulted in minimal large-scale cultivation operations in recent decades, with most farming activity now limited to household gardens and modest patches maintained for personal consumption.
