About Original Gorilla # 4
# Gorilla Glue #4 Feminized Seeds
We're excited to offer feminized Gorilla Glue #4 seeds, a sativa-dominant variety renowned for its exceptional potency. This strain has been tested repeatedly, consistently delivering THC levels exceeding 30%, making it among the most powerful cultivars currently available.
The genetics trace back to breeder Joesy Whales, who developed the original cross by combining Chem Sis with Sour Dubb genetics. When Mardogg later germinated these seeds, four distinct phenotypes emerged. The fourth phenotype stood out due to its remarkable resin production, becoming the foundation for our current line. We obtained an elite cutting from the Standard Seed Collective and subsequently conducted multiple breeding cycles to refine and stabilize this outstanding cultivar.
This variety is distinguished by its exceptional resin production and complex flavor profile. The strain's name derives from its notorious tackiness—the abundant trichomes cause the buds to clump together, and the resin literally jams trimming equipment. Aromatics feature pine and spicy notes, while the flavor delivers sandalwood and sweet cherry characteristics.
The experience is marked by high potency, with effects lasting over four hours. Users report euphoria, mental clarity, and elevated mood. Due to the 30%+ THC content, this strain is recommended for experienced consumers only.
Cultivation indoors using SCROG methods yields optimal results, though outdoor growing in sunny climates also performs well. Vegetate for two weeks before switching to 12-hour photoperiod for the nine-week flowering cycle. Indoor production reaches 500-550 g/m², with outdoor plants generating approximately 600g each.
Medicinal applications include potential relief for depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorders.
