This cultivar embodies a distinctive reptilian character. While some phenotypes display deeply serrated, conventional leaf structures, many expressions reveal the striking Crocodile reptile morphology. Primarily recognized for its strength and generous harvests in XL quantities, this strain was developed to demonstrate that visually unusual plants can deliver impressive potency, combining robust effects, substantial production, and noteworthy taste. Aroma & Flavour: The aromatic profile demonstrates considerable complexity. Early on, a dominant Skunk character emerges, enhanced by volatile Thiols that create a sharp, intense sensory experience. As the plant cures—particularly over extended periods—the initial Skunk character mellows into a profile featuring overripe fruit notes and artificial mint chewing gum qualities. Certain phenotypes also express pungent chemical cleaner undertones, introducing an invigorating yet forceful sensory component. Effects: The experience evolves based on curing duration: Early/Short Cure: Delivers heavy, sleep-inducing properties immediately following harvest, producing a tranquil, anxiety-free experience. The Butterfly phenotype most closely matched the Original Croco progenitor from which the Mentha de Croco line originated. The selected F2 males displayed identical morphological traits to the Original Croco but exhibited substantially increased vigor. The original Mentha de Croco F1 combines Mentholskunk V2 "Fern-type" with Croco genetics, merging aromatic and flavor characteristics from Berryfreak hybrid lines alongside the adaptive genetics of Croco, a complex polyhybrid mutant valued for its depth and strength.
