Empire Kush

Empire Kush represents the culmination of over a decade of selective breeding by Vader. The lineage traces back to 2006 when Vader initiated work on Vader Kush, incorporating multiple therapeutic kush varieties including Master, Hindu, and Bubba genetics. By 2009, the Secret Garden Kush initiative launched to redirect breeding efforts toward classic kush characteristics and scent profiles, moving away from the increasingly dominant "OG" phenotypes of that era. The first crosses between Vader and SGK lines appeared in 2012, leading to the development of an F4 generation that became known as Empire Kush. Plants display robust growth patterns with particularly sought-after phenotypes characterized by tight, aromatic flower structures. The strain made its competitive premiere at the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cup held in Southern California.
