Candida (CD-1)

CD-1 is a feminised cultivar celebrated for robust production levels and a distinctive citrus-forward taste profile paired with therapeutic applications. This strain exhibits two distinct phenotypic expressions: a sativa-leaning variety and an indica-dominant form. Research indicates that the sativa expression typically delivers modest harvests with the airy, light structure characteristic of sativa genetics, alongside elevated CBD concentrations. The indica expression, by contrast, generates substantially larger and more compact yields with reduced CBD levels, though still maintaining appreciable cannabidiol presence. The sativa phenotype presents cultivation challenges due to its elongated internodal spacing, which can increase susceptibility to structural stress and management difficulties.
