Alaskan Do-Si-Dos represents an improved version of Seedsman's popular Alaskan Purple strain, created by crossing it with Do-Si-Dos genetics. This hybrid combines heightened potency and production capacity with superior taste characteristics, while remaining well-suited to outdoor growing conditions. This cultivar thrives best in outdoor and greenhouse settings. It performs admirably across diverse environmental conditions, including cool and temperate zones, hot and arid regions, and mountainous elevations. Indoor growing is possible but requires substantial room due to the plant's considerable height. While showing moderate mold resistance, indoor cultivation presents challenges due to pronounced odor intensity, making carbon filtration systems essential. Northern regions typically see outdoor harvests arrive in late September. Indoors, flowering takes 8 to 10 weeks to completion. Outdoor production can exceed 750 grams per plant, whereas indoor operations generate up to 600 grams per square meter. Finished buds display medium compactness and a light-to-mid green coloration. The aromatic composition features prominent spicy notes alongside subtle fruity, woody, and piney undertones. Cannabinoid analysis shows approximately 23% THC with trace CBD levels under 1%, delivering intense sedative effects.
